From my perspective, I tend to believe that it's a super brilliant idea to offer money reward when kids are doing a good job at school. At that time, if parents can give them certain amount of money as a reward that will absolutely cheer them up and serve as a positive enforcement. And this is a fantastic way for teenagers to learn that No pain, No gain, thus they we continue this outstanding performance.
