No matter the autistic children or the Alzheimer, I treat them patiently and equally. Making contribution to the society has already become an indispensable part of my routine life.   With the ever-accelerated booming of economy, the issue of whether people should retire over the age of 65 is under the limelight. Even though maybe individuals can feel more involved if they leave their positions later, I still tend to believe this is so not a brilliant idea. Primarily, in the modern society, people are gradually getting used to this increasingly fast-pace routine life. Sometimes, working people are under unimaginable pressure and they take care of tons of things in a single day. However, as they get older, their physical ability will surely undergo a decline like perhaps they can not working extra hours after work, they can not be energetic for the whole day—in short, they are not "superman" in the office anymore, thus rendering them not suitable for their position anymore. Then, since they can not 100% finish their work, it's more reasonable to offer these jobs to the young college graduates who posse sufficient professional knowledge and need to put it into practice. This way, not only can we increase the efficiency of the corporations, to some extent, but the youngsters get the jobs they need and the olds can enjoy their life. To keep the society running in the right track, I sincerely believe people should definitely retire before 65.
