Well, people's answer might differ significantly from one or another towards to this topic, however, I do believe that government regulation is the most effective. For the regulation forces people to follow certain rule so as to protect the environment. As for the organization, they are not authoritative enough, thus we can not guarantee the effectiveness of their action and may work oppositely. And for individual effort, it is the indispensable part indeed, however, for those who are not aware of the severe situation, it's pretty much useless.

解析：上述三者哪個對于環保更有效?政府監管，最權威最科學并且有強制力;相關組織，缺乏權威性并且它只是呼吁民眾沒有實權;個人努力，這對于上述任何一者都是必不可少的但是只靠它顯然大家沒那么高的覺悟，不然各種問題早解決了。

Is it important to learn the history of the city you live in?

Well, some people believe that past is past, and it's a waste of time to learn history. However, my point of view is exactly the opposite. It can't be more crucial to know about the history of our city. Primarily, my hometown is a coastal city in the eastern part of China. Unlike Beijing or xi'an, we have merely hundred years of history. As a German colonial city, there's tons of legacies like building and infrastructure. Walking along the lovely alley, we are liking wandering in the past. The 1919, May4th movement is also closely related to this city. It is the history I learnt makes me even more proud of it and expands my scope of knowledge.
